Winter Session - Team Registration

Location: Sportsplex in North Tonawanda (90 Ridge Rd, North Tonawanda NY)

Dates: January 11th - March 15th (March 8th & March 15th are playoff weeks)

Game Times: 6:45, 7:45, 8:45 and 9:45 game start times (possible 10:45 depending on number of teams)

Cost: $1,150 per team (plus ref fees of $30 per game paid directly to refs)

Waiver (All Players Must Sign!!!)

Please ensure that all players on your team fill out this waiver once per calendar year (which means EVERYONE on your team needs a new one for Winter 2025). No one will be allowed to play without a waiver on file from this calendar year!
