The Fall 2025 TSL716 Session is OPEN for registration! We have room for 48 teams across six divisions. Fill out the form below to register your team:

Please ensure that all players on your team fill out this waiver once per calendar year (which means EVERYONE on your team needs a new one for Winter 2025). No one will be allowed to play without a waiver on file from this calendar year!
